The Imperial Party Crown kit feeds
the imagination and provides everything you need to make a glitzy, fun crown
for yourself or someone special. But when you add your own photos and doo-dads
to the crown making process, the results are astounding! Each crown looks
completely different and each crown can speak mountains about the crown recipient.
I've
experimented a lot with styrofoam balls, and particularly enjoy rigging my
crowns with dimensional layers and things that move or jingle. In the following
link, note the use of styrofoam balls in "The Know It All" and "The Early
Bird." Look around the house for old broken jewelry, pretty buttons, small
pine cones or sticks in your yard that can be incorporated into a crown design.
Then there's pasta shells, Cracker Jack prizes, bric-a-brac trim, netting
for crown veils. The SKY is NOT the LIMIT. There IS no limit! So take a look
at the crowns that follow, and let your imagination soar!
